Stop Motion Animation MOVIE CASSIE

Medium of my Stop Motion Animation :o

For my stop motion animation, I was thinking that for medium I will chose plasticine and paper OR only draw it. I selected this two because there are the simplest way to do my specific stop motion animation.

If I choose drawing, I will have to draw it and then erase it and make changes but I think this is going to take too much time or I am going to end up very tired of drawing it. If I do it with plasticine and paper. I will draw the objects in plasticine and the background in paper and will make changes every picture. But the problem here is that if I do it with Plasticine, some colors from it will blend I it wouldn't look so pretty

Stop Motion

Stop Motion is a very usable tool in taking pictures of an object and moving it or transforming it into another object by only taking pictures and to not show your hands when you want to move a object in just filming it, you just take pictures and will get the movement without your hands. Some people will create this videos because of fun, or because there is no other way on filming a object and transforming it into another thing without getting your hands caught. The steps in doing the stop motion animation is taking a picture of every time you move it.

William Kentridge Stop Motion

I think Kentridge's work was incredible, his video of stop motion made me feel useless. Even though he is blind, he can do this amazing stop motion videos by drawing. It makes me feel useless because I am not even good of doing stop motion videos while he can, in another way, his artwork makes me feel very happy because he is capable of doing what ever he wants and nothing can't stop him.

For a person who was blind this stop motion is outstanding, I think this will be for him very difficult to do. I don't understand much on how did he achieve to do this stop motions and being blind. Even for a person who wasn't blind and did this good qualities stop motion videos it will still be incredible. I think that maybe his process of work will be imagining real good and concentrate.

Vanishing Species

I think that one of the most serious enviromental problem we have in our world here is the Vanishing of Species. Many people think that if a species extincts, nothing will happen. But, they are wrong. All of the species we have here in the world is very important to us. One example that the species can help us is with the insects. Almost all of the insects and animals help us have fruits and vegetables because the insects do half of the pollination to get the fruit and vegetables. Without those insect helping us, we will only have the wind to carry the pollen and eventually do the pollination but it will be pretty slow compared on what the insects do.

In some cases it is ok to kill a couple of species because maybe there is a family that are cold and don't have food and to survive they need that so they kill animals. But mostly people kill animals for factories and they kill exevisely.

Many companies of factories and leading brands of food also increases the extinction of the species. One example of this is that maybe in the U.S.A are many factories of food only interested in chicken and in the entire U.S.A there may be a thousand companies of food brand like that, only interested in doing chicken, and each company brand uses more than a million of chickens, now imagine how many chickens are killed each day by only this thousand companies? You may think " There are millions of ckickens and nothing is going to change" but sooner or later when the companies are still doing that, the chickens will slowly decrease the population until it stops when the extinction of the chickens will happen. I think that we can do that but only maybe have the maximun of 3 factories of the same product per state. Im not only talking about the chickens, I am talking in general, it can also happen with cows, pork,fish, etc.

Animal Cruelty is horrible. Most of the people who has done animal cruelty just do it because of fun and pleassure. The truth about animal cruelty is painful when you see pictures of animal cruelty or you hear about it you just feel so angry for the person who have done that to those animals and wan't to speak up for the animals. Everybody can be the voice of a animal wanted for help to be free and not to be killed or be hurt. One example of animal cruelty is in the Bull Fights, in those fights the bullfighter skips the bull and insert a pointy weapon that looks like a stick with a pointy tip to the bull and then when it is over, they kill the bull. Animal cruelty has happened in many diferent ways, for example: In animal experimentation, in factory farming, in fur trading, in haunting and harvesting, and for entretainment and even in car accidents.

Also, by doing deforestation species will be decreasing and will move out of their habitad and/ or die. By during deforestation you harm 2 things: The trees which give us oxygen and with out oxygen no living organisim can live, and the extiction of animals. People that do this don't care about anything, they just care about the building to be succesful. They don't think outside the box about what will bad things will happen if they do deforestation or maybe they do but they ignore it.

Finally, many people love animals and keep them or as we call them " Pets" . The pets are the peoples friend and their soulmate for life and when that big friend of yours die, you feel like a human died, like someone really important died and you obviosly cry because that pet has been with you for a very long time and you have passed very good times with it. Lets use in this case for example me. I am a ANIMAL LOVER I love every single animal and I think that each animal don't deserve to die erlier, if they are going to die, they have to die nuturally or by age, not by to be killed. My point is that I love animals, I have 6 pets. 4 dogs and 2 cats. Including the 2 fishponds that I have that is full with fish,turtles and frogs and I have a fishtank with many fish and snails. By having many pets, I have a responsability to take care of all of them.

Rotoball idea.

My rotoball idea to do in Flash is that i am going to record myself so I can trace it in Flash with someone else so that other people can help me with my Flash animation. What I was thinking to do in my flash animation is like first im dancing and then I catch the ball. Then, I transform the ball into a person (boy) and we are going to hug and/or kiss. im transforming the boy again to a ball and im going to pass it down. In the background it will show like a park or a valley and its going to be daytime with animated clouds and flowers.
